Business Cornerstones' Assessment Specialist is experienced in working at all levels from new recruits and graduates to new managers, executives and directors. She focuses on the objective assessment of people’s abilities and typical behaviour in order to help them find their optimum role at work and perform to their best ability. She uses psychometric tests and structured interviews, together with a brief solution focused coaching approach, to help you improve the accuracy of your selection decisions, helping you to have confidence in predicting good performers for your organisation. Tests are selected to reflect the culture and the current and future needs, strategies and goals of your organisation, ensuring that recruits will fit in, and therefore stay longer.

Tests can also be used to understand any gaps in capability that might be holding an individual, and therefore their team, back in their performance, allowing targeted remedial intervention. Such information and appropriate, timely intervention can help employers avoid costly employment tribunals. Her unique balance between understanding disability and good commercial awareness informs her efforts to assist in maintaining a disabled employee at work and in carrying out the duties of the DDA or if this is not possible with adjustment or accommodation, to help the employee find more appropriate employment.

All this helps reduce staffing costs caused by poor performance and high turnover.
