Tim Franklin has a background in general and operational management working for UK plcs, a North American multinational, a venture capital backed start-up, as well as his own two businesses. Tim’s experience includes working within manufacturing, retail and the NHS on major organisational development and change programmes. Tim combines practical experience and scientific research in his work and is currently undertaking Doctoral level research towards a PhD in organizational culture and performance.
