Ian Lessen has over 30 years experience working at Finance Director level for medium and large companies. During that time Ian has concentrated not only on the forward planning of those companies but also on the day-to-day operations with a special emphasis on cost management. Over the past 7 years Ian has been running his own Cost Management Consultancy helping SMEs better manage their overheads and effecting cost reductions without compromising quality and service levels.
